Distributor status

Vilmos Midas is a mutual fund distributor. We are not a registered investment adviser and we do not charge any fee for advisory services. Investments executed through us earn us trail commissions paid by the respective Asset Management Companies.

Commission disclosure

Mutual Fund Distributors receive trail commissions from Asset Management Companies on transactions executed through them. We do not charge a separate fee from you for distribution services. A scheme-wise and AMC-wise commission disclosure for the current financial year is available on request.

Investor charter

The Investor Charter for Mutual Fund Distributors issued by AMFI / SEBI describes the services you can expect from us and your rights as an investor. A copy is available on request, and the SEBI SCORES portal can be used to raise complaints at scores.sebi.gov.in.
